Services What We Do

We offer a flexible, mobile-friendly service that makes it easy to manage the data you need from your residents. We have specifically tailored this service to meet the needs of the ACGME's Next Accredidation System (NAS). Each resident has their own login and enters their own data, reducing the burden on your program's staff.

We make your transition into the ACGME's next accreditation system easy. There is a substantial amount of data that must be submitted for milestone assessments. Residents are able to easily enter their scholarly activities, conference attendance, completed rotations, and other points of data you designate. We make it easy to export this data in the form of various reports. Select other tabs above to learn more.

Didactic Attendance

Monitor conference attendance on a per-resident, per PGY level, or all-resident levels for your program. Residents may monitor their personal attendance rate and compare to others in their program. Not every program has the same types of didactics. Administrators may enter an unlimited number of different didactics to track, including the required attendance percentage. You can monitor these with the various types of graphs we utilize to make this data easier to interpret.

Incomplete Evaluations

Easily view residents who have incomplete evaluations in a concise, visually simple format. We make it easy to see which data points have not yet been entered. Required data points can be viewed for each residet. You may also send reminder emails containing this same information on a scheduled or triggered basis.

Does your program need to track something we do not offer? We'll work with you to make our software fit your program. Contact us and let us know your specific needs.

Procedure Logging

We offer customizable logging of procedures. Specific requirements may be set for your program, or you may use the ABIM or other organization's required number of procedures. Data can be exported in real time - see the PDF tab.

Point Systems

Many programs track different types of point systems, such as accountability and scholarly points. Points are entered by the program, not the resident in this case to ensure accurate tracking.

Evaluations are generally formatted on a single page in a concise, easy to read format. You may select various time periods to export evaluations. Bulk export of evaluations is also supported, which makes printing hard copies of evaluations easy. Your Clinical Competency Committee meetings just became much simpler.

Progress Reports

Ensure your residents are on track to graduate. Various aggregate data and projected values are combined to make sure your program's requirements are done in time. Projecting the number of clinic days a resident will have at the time of graduation is done automatically. Spot issues before they become a problem.

Residents may export their entered publications, lectures, and presentations to a PDF file. Building a curriculum vitae is simple when aggregate data is presented over the course of residency.

Our portfolios allow residents to create a comprehensive record of their scholarly activity during their residency.

Assign journal entries, reflection about a patient, or any other type of question you may want answered. Assignments may be made for an individual or a PGY level.

As part of the NAS, residents are asked to write a brief reflection paper to identify strengths, deficiencies, and limits in one’s knowledge and expertise.

Resident given lectures can be logged and a summary report exported to a PDF. This assists in building a curriculum vitae.

Published Articles

Abstracts, case reports, etc may be entered into the system. At any point, a resident may export this information to a PDF. Again, this is useful in building a curriculum vitae.

Rotation Fulfillment

Rotation requirements can be tracked using our system. You may enter the number of weeks or months a resident must complete before graduation. Rotations which have not yet been completed are tracked at various areas, including the PDF reports and at an area the resident can view.

We have strived to make our service as secure as possible. While data-entry is encouraged to be HIPAA-compliant, we still attempt to ensure user-entered data is secure with multiple methods.

  • All login information is encrypted with the use of salts and the bcrypt algorithm
  • A Secure Socket Layer (SSL) certificate is used to ensure user-to-server data is secure
  • Daily backups of data to an offsite, secure location
  • We protect against cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks
